CYCLECLICK: 30 Days of Progress. Left/Right Sensor Prototype, Calibration Machine, and Manufacturing Progress

Dear Backers,

The campaign ended just a month ago - time flies so fast! We’ve been hard at work on CycleClick to make sure we deliver the best product possible. Here’s the progress we’re happy to share:

Left/Right Balance Sensor: We don’t want to overpromise, but there’s a strong chance it will ship together with CycleClick. Below is the photo of the prototype. Please check out the video on our YouTube channel to see how the sensor installs, how it works, and the data it provides.

Beta Testing: Our beta testers continue to test CycleClick and will soon receive left/right sensor prototypes to test in real-world conditions. Their feedback will help us fine-tune the product. 

Calibration Machine: Until now, we’ve been calibrating prototypes manually - but we’ve started developing a dedicated calibration machine to ensure every CycleClick power meter is precise and consistent. In the next update, we'll show you the pictures, and maybe even the video for a behind-the-scenes look at how it will work.

Care Kit & Pouch: Here’s a look at the pouch (inside and outside), with CycleClick and left/right balance sensor in it. 

Design for Manufacturing is nearing completion.

Materials & Tooling: Some raw materials have already been ordered, and tooling is underway.
