Maureen had been waiting to participate in this event since the pandemic, and with BikeOn, she finally achieved her goal. Here's her story in her own words:
"Just wanted to share that I completed the 25-mile Bronx bike tour today, and BikeOn was fantastic! I made sure to toggle through the settings as needed to conserve battery. The tour was really 23.4 miles, but I still had enough charge to make it another 3.2 miles home in Sport mode the whole way because I was tired. I still had one light left on the battery, and it wasn’t even flashing. Amazing!"
Maureen did an excellent job managing her battery, using various assist modes during the tour to make sure she had enough charge for the ride back home. Even after almost 27 miles, her BikeOn battery still had some juice left – proving that BikeOn is built for long-lasting performance!
Now, Maureen is gearing up for her next adventure—New York City’s 40-mile 5 Boro Bike Tour next spring. She plans to purchase a second battery for extra peace of mind during the longer ride, ensuring she’ll be covered from start to finish.
